Section XLV-3929 - Designation of Examination
A. The MP licensing examination approved and accepted by the board, pursuant to R.S. 37:1360.55 B(3), is the Psychopharmacology Examination for Psychologists (PEP), developed by the American Psychological Association practice organization's College of Professional Psychology and its contractor, the Professional Examination Service, or their successor(s) organizations.
B. The PEP or such other examination as the board may approve shall:
1. be taken after the successful completion of the post-doctoral master's program in clinical psychopharmacology; and
2. not less than three years prior to the date of MP application.
