Section XLV-3841 - Issuance of LicenseA. If the qualifications, requirements and procedures prescribed or incorporated in Subchapters B and C of this Chapter are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue a license to the applicant to practice genetic counseling in this state.B. A license issued under this Chapter shall designate whether an applicant's practice includes those functions listed in §6021.B.1 of these rules and may be verified on the boards web page.La. Admin.
