Section XLV-3705 - Scope of ChapterA. The rules of this Subchapter govern the licensing of clinical exercise physiologists who, in order to practice clinical exercise physiology or hold themselves out as a clinical exercise physiologist, or as being able to practice clinical exercise physiology or to render clinical exercise physiology services in the state of Louisiana must meet all of the criteria set forth in this Subchapter.La.
