Section XLV-3521 - Reinstatement of Lapsed License or Certificate
A. An individual whose license has lapsed and who has not been actively engaged in the practice of clinical laboratory science during the preceding period of not more than seven years may have his or her license or certificate reinstated upon payment of the renewal fee and the delinquent fee provided in §3529 and submission of evidence satisfactory to the board that during the lapsed period he or she fulfilled the continuing education requirements of this Chapter. An individual whose license has lapsed and who has not been actively engaged in the practice of clinical laboratory science for a period of more than seven years, but not more than 10 years, shall be subject to the provisions in §3517 provided that any such individual may petition the committee, for good cause shown, for a reduction or waiver of the continuing education and/or supervised retraining requirements of §3517
