Section XLV-3513 - ReciprocityA. The board, upon recommendation of the committee, shall license, without examination, and upon payment of the prescribed license fee, an applicant for licensure who is duly licensed in the same or comparable category for which he or she is applying for licensure in this state under the laws of another state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia, if the qualifications for licensure of such applicant in such category are at least equal to the qualifications provided in this Chapter.La.
