Section XLV-3505 - Licensure or Certification GenerallyA. On and after January 1, 1995, no individual shall act as, or perform the duties of a clinical laboratory scientist-generalist, clinical laboratory scientist-specialist, clinical laboratory scientist-technician, laboratory assistant, cytotechnologist, or phlebotomist unless such individual possesses a current license or certification issued by the board pursuant to this Chapter or is exempt from such licensure or certification as provided by §3507La.
