Section XLV-3309 - Qualifications for Licensure by ReciprocityA. The board may issue a polysomnographic technologist license to an applicant who has relocated to this state and filed an application for licensure with the board provided the applicant holds a current, unrestricted license to practice as a polysomnographic technologist duly issued by the licensing authority of another state, the District of Columbia, or a territory of the United States, and meets and satisfies all of the qualifications, procedures and requirements for licensure specified by §3307 of this Subchapter.B. The burden of satisfying the board as to the qualifications and eligibility of the applicant for licensure on the basis of reciprocity shall be on the applicant. An applicant shall not be deemed to possess such qualifications unless the applicant demonstrates and evidences such qualifications in the manner prescribed by and to the satisfaction of the board.La.
