Section XLV-3179 - Waiver of RequirementsA. The board may, in its discretion and upon the recommendation of the CE subcommittee, waive all or part of the continuing education required by these rules in favor of an athletic trainer who makes written request for such waiver to the board and evidences to the satisfaction of the board a permanent physical disability, illness, financial hardship, or other similar extenuating circumstances precluding the athletic trainer's satisfaction of the continuing education requirements.La.
