Section XLV-3157 - Renewal of LicenseA. Every license issued by the board under this Subchapter shall be renewed annually on or before its date of expiration by submitting to the board an application for renewal, in a format prescribed by the board, together with the applicable renewal fee prescribed in Chapter 1 of these rules.B. A notice for renewal of license shall be sent by the board to each person holding a license issued under this Chapter on or before the first day of June of each year. Such notice shall be sent to the most recent address of each licensed athletic trainer as reflected in the official records of the board.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-3157
