Section XLV-445 - Waiver of RequirementsA. The board may, in its discretion, waive all or part of the CME required by these rules in favor of a physician who makes written request to the board and evidences to its satisfaction a permanent physical disability, illness, financial hardship or other similar extenuating circumstances precluding the individual's satisfaction of CME requirements.La.
