Section XLV-431 - Issuance and Term of RegistrationA. If the qualifications, requirements, and procedures prescribed or incorporated by §427 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue a certificate to the applicant evidencing his registration under this Subchapter for enrollment and participation in a first year postgraduate (internship) program in the state of Louisiana.B. Registration issued under this Subchapter shall be effective on and as of the date on which an applicant's postgraduate medical education program is to commence.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-431
