Section XLV-399 - Types of PermitsA. The types of permits which the board may consider issuing, as enumerated in the following Sections of this Subchapter, shall not be construed to provide any right or entitlement whatsoever to the described permit, issuance of which shall be determined in the absolute discretion of the board.La.
