Section XLV-2921 - SeverabilityA. If any rule, provision, or item of this Chapter or the application thereof is held invalid as in excess of or inconsistent with statutory or constitutional authority, such invalidity shall not affect other rules, provisions, items, or applications, and to this end the rules and provisions of this Chapter are hereby declared to be severable.La.
