Section XLV-2729 - Issuance of LicenseA. If the qualifications, requirements and procedures prescribed or incorporated in this Chapter are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall license the applicant to practice perfusion in this state.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-2729
