Section XLV-2161 - Waiver of RequirementsA. The board may, in its discretion, waive all or part of the continuing professional education required by these rules in favor of a licensed acupuncturist who makes written request for such waiver and evidences to the satisfaction of the board a permanent physical disability, illness, financial hardship, or other similar extenuating circumstances precluding the satisfaction of the continuing professional education requirements.La.
