Section XLV-2155 - Approval of Program SponsorsA. Any education program, course, seminar or activity accredited by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine or its successor or recognized by the United States Department of Education shall be deemed approved by the board for purposes of qualifying as an approved continuing professional education.La.
