Section XLV-1397 - Issuance and Term of RegistrationA. If the qualifications, requirements, and procedures prescribed or incorporated by §1393 are met to the satisfaction of the board, the board shall issue a certificate to the applicant evidencing his registration under this Subchapter for enrollment and participation in a PGY-1 podiatric training program in the state of Louisiana.B. Registration issued under this Subchapter shall be effective on and as of the date on which an applicant's PGY-1 podiatric training program is to commence.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-1397
