Section XLV-177 - Reinstatement of LicenseA. For processing an application for reinstatement of a license which has lapsed by expiration and nonrenewal, a fee of $25 shall be payable to the board in addition to the applicable renewal fee.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLV-177
