Section XLV-131 - Annual RenewalA. For processing a licensee's annual renewal of license under §417 of these rules, a fee of $300 shall be payable to the board.B. For processing a permit holder's annual renewal of a graduate medical education temporary permit, a fee of $100 shall be payable to the board.C.
