Section V-2709 - Official SealA. The official seal of the Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission shall be as follows. The outline of the state of Louisiana with a small star denoting the approximate location of Baton Rouge, which name appears to the left of the star. It shall be bordered by the inscription, Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission.B. The executive director shall be the custodian of the official seal and shall affix the imprint or the facsimile thereof to all license certificates issued by the Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission.La.
