Section LIII-2525 - Prescription ExpirationA. A prescription for a drug other than a controlled dangerous substance listed in Schedules II through IV shall expire one year after the date written.B. A prescription for a controlled dangerous substance shall expire: 1. 90 days after the date of issue if the drug is listed in schedule II; or2. six months after the date of issue if the drug is listed in Schedule III or IV.C.
