Section LIII-1505 - Hospital Pharmacy PermitA. A hospital pharmacy permit shall be required to operate a pharmacy department located within a hospital for registered patients in a hospital. The permit shall be applied for, and renewed, in the manner prescribed by the board in Chapter 11 of this Part.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LIII-1505
