Section I-5317 - Covered ServicesA. Only dental services necessitated by an occupational injury or illness are covered. Such services are provided as a result of damage to the teeth and/or dental work due to a work injury or exposure. In addition, dental appliances and prosthetics not originally purchased by the carrier/self-insured employer will be replaced if damaged or broken in a work-related accident in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 23:1203.La.
