Section I-5103 - IntroductionA. This document is primarily intended to facilitate the establishment of the maximum allowable reimbursement for all physician, chiropractic, physical and occupational therapy, pharmacy, hospital, vision care, hearing aid equipment, nursing/attendant care and home health, home and vehicle modification, medical transportation, durable medical equipment, prosthetic, and orthopedic equipment, respiratory, miscellaneous claimant expenses, vocational rehabilitation and dental care services.B.
