Section V-8115 - Withholding Prize Pending DeterminationA. Pending a decision based on an objection, any prize which the horse against which the objection is lodged may have won, or may win, in the race, or any money held by the association as the price of a horse claimed in a race, if involved in the determination of the case, shall be withheld until the objection is determined.La.
