Section V-7911 - Track Record of Disqualified HorseA. If a horse winning a race equals or betters a track record and is disqualified, its time will be recognized as a track record unless the horse was disqualified for being stimulated. This track record shall be noted with an asterisk which will reveal that the horse was disqualified when it established the record.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § V-7911
