A. All horses shall parade, carrying their weight and wearing their equipment, from the paddock to the starting post. They must pass the stewards' stand in numerical order. Any horse failing to do so may be disqualified by the stewards. No lead pony leading a horse in the parade shall obstruct the public's view of the horse it is leading, except with permission of the stewards.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § V-7705
