Section V-6363 - Payments of Stakes and FuturitiesA. Conditions and payments for stakes and futurities scheduled by an association will be handled by the association unless authority is delegated to an organization approved by the commission. However, in no case shall such authority be delegated to a person or organization residing or domiciled outside the state of Louisiana.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § V-6363
