Section V-6313 - Change of NameA. If a horse's name is changed, its new name shall be registered with the Jockey Club of New York, the American Quarter Horse Association or the Appaloosa Horse Club, Inc., and its old, as well as its new name, must be given in every entry list until it has run three races, and both names must be printed on official programs for those three races.La.
