Section V-6305 - Identity of HorseA. In entering a horse, it must be clearly identified by stating its age, name, color, sex and the names of its sire and dam. Horses must be tattooed before being eligible to start. If its dam was covered by more than one stallion, the names of all of them must be given in order of service.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § V-6305
