Rule 761-115.11 - Vertical overhead clearance requirements

(1)Conformance to standards. The vertical clearance for overhead utility facilities and the lateral and vertical clearances for bridges shall conform to accepted industry standards as well as applicable codes and regulations.

(2)Minimum vertical clearance. In no event shall the vertical clearance be less than 20 feet above the roadway for all overhead utilities.
