Rule 571-112.5 - Fencing required-ungulates

All licensed hunting preserves possessing a valid hunting preserve license for ungulates shall construct and maintain a "deer-proof boundary fence. Such fence shall be constructed and maintained with a minimum fence height of 8 feet above ground level.
