Rule 441-87.8 - Availability of services

Family planning services are payable for an individual enrolled in this program only when care is received at or authorized by a participating family planning provider.

(1) Sterilization is a covered service subject to the limitations in 441-Chapter 78.

(2) Covered services shall not include abortion services.
