Section 844 IAC 2.2-1.1-10 - "Minimal sedation/anxiolysis" defined

Sec. 10.

For purposes of IC 25-27.5, "minimal sedation/anxiolysis" means a drug-induced state during which a patient responds normally to verbal commands. Although cognitive function and coordination may be impaired, ventilatory and cardiovascular functions are usually not affected.
