Section 760 IAC 1-6.2-4 - Power of attorney

Sec. 4.

Any licensed bail agent acting on behalf of an authorized surety company must attach to each bond a numbered, original properly executed power of attorney from the surety company in an amount of at least the penalty of the bond.
