Section 71 IAC 10-3-11 - Behavior

Sec. 11.

(a) Each party, witness, attorney, or other representative shall behave in all commission proceedings with dignity, courtesy, and respect for the commission, the administrative law judge and all other parties and participants.
(b) An individual who violates this section may be excluded from a hearing by the administrative law judge.
