Sec. 1.
(a) A claimant who applies for benefits due to partial or part-total unemployment is ineligible unless they can show that they are working less than their normal customarily scheduled hours for their regular employer.(b) For purposes of this subsection, "normal customarily scheduled hours" means the hours to which the claimant has agreed to work.
