Section 646 IAC 5-10-8 - Decision of administrative law judge

Sec. 8.

The decision of an administrative law judge shall contain conclusions of law that are supported by specific findings of fact. The decision shall be:

(1) in writing;

(2) electronically signed by the administrative law judge; and

(3) sent to:

(A) the named parties; and

(B) their designated representatives or attorneys.
