Section 646 IAC 5-1-18 - "Vessel" defined

Sec. 18.

In maritime service, "vessel" means watercraft or other contrivances used as a means of transportation on water. The term includes dredges used for navigation and transportation in deepening and removing obstructions from channels, rivers, or other waterways.
