Section 646 IAC 5-1-10 - "Officer or member of the crew" defined

Sec. 10.

"Officer or member of the crew" means the master or officer in charge of the vessel, however designated, and every individual subject to the authority of the master or officer in charge serving on board and contributing in any way to the operation and welfare of the vessel.
