Section 511 IAC 7-35-2 - Supports for public agency personnel

Sec. 2.

Each public agency must carry out activities to ensure that public agency personnel are:

(1) fully informed about their respective responsibilities for implementing this article; and

(2) provided with technical assistance and training necessary to assist them in this effort.
