Section 45 IAC 16-1-16 - Separability

Sec. 16.

SEPARABILITY. If any provision of these Rules or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications of these Rules, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of these Rules are declared to be separable.
