Section 410 IAC 7-21-26 - "Public health significance" defined

Sec. 26.

"Public health significance" means:

(1) the potential for causing diseases with symptoms, such as, but not limited to:
(A) diarrhea;
(B) fever;
(C) jaundice;
(D) vomiting or sore throat with fever; or
(E) boils; or
(2) for diseases such as, but not limited to:
(A) Salmonella spp.;
(B) Shigella spp.;
(C) Escherichia coli 0157:H7; or
(D) Hepatitis A virus associated with foodborne or waterborne transmission that are reportable according to 410 IAC 1-2.3.
