Sec. 47.
(a) Walls and ceilings, including doors, windows, skylights, and similar closures, shall be maintained in good repair.(b) The walls, including nonsupporting partitions, wall coverings, and ceilings of food preparation areas, equipment washing areas, and utensil washing areas, shall be easily cleanable.(c) Studs, joints, and rafters shall not be exposed in food preparation areas, equipment washing areas, utensil washing areas, toilet rooms, and vestibules.
