Section 410 IAC 1-8-14 - Responsibilities

Sec. 14.

Any individual employed by the facility, or anyone acting on behalf of the facility, who has a reasonably anticipated risk for skin, eye, or mucous membrane contact shall have and use personal protective equipment as required by this rule.
