Section 410 IAC 1-4-1.4 - "Covered individual" defined

Sec. 1.4.

"Covered individual" means any individual covered by IC 16-41-11-4 whose professional, employment, training, or volunteer activities or duties include any reasonably anticipated skin, eye, mucous membrane, or parenteral contact with blood or other potentially infectious materials.
