Section 327 IAC 6.1-2-22 - "Food crops" defined

Sec. 22.

"Food crops" means crops grown for:

(1) human consumption; or

(2) feed crops for animals whose products are consumed by humans.

These crops include fruits, vegetables, grains, and tobacco.
