Sec. 14.
(a) Any permittee required to monitor under 327 IAC 5-2-13 shall maintain records of all monitoring information and monitoring activities, including: (1) the date, exact place, and time of sampling or measurements;(2) the person or persons who performed the sampling or measurements;(3) the date or dates analyses were performed;(4) the person or persons who performed the analyses;(5) the analytical techniques or methods used; and(6) the results of such measurements and analyses.(b) All records of monitoring activities and results (including all original strip chart recordings for continuous monitoring instrumentation and calibration and maintenance records) shall be retained by the permittee for three (3) years. These records shall be retained on-site at the permitted facility or in such a manner that the records are reasonably available for review by agency staff to comply with the provisions of 327 IAC 5-1-3. The three-year period shall be extended: (1) automatically during the course of any unresolved litigation regarding the discharge of pollutants by the permittee or regarding promulgated effluent guidelines applicable to the permittee; or(2) as requested by the commissioner.Water Pollution Control Board; 327 IAC 5-2-14; filed Sep 24, 1987, 3:00 pm: 11 IR 629Filed 10/9/2015, 4:07 p.m.: 20151104-IR-327100659FRA
