Sec. 4.
(a) An application for a well for oil and gas purposes must include the name and address of the owner of the property on which the well is to be located as reflected in the county tax duplicate records or the last known address of the most recent owner shown in the county transfer book.(b) An applicant shall provide proof that the owner of the property on which the well is to be located has received notice as required by IC 32-23-7-6.5.
