Section 250 IAC 2-5-2 - Delay in completion of course

Sec. 2.

If either of the occurrences in section 1 of this rule prevents successful completion of the course within the six (6) month period after the police chief initially takes office, the police chief must successfully complete the next available executive training program that is presented by the board.
